About Argoseer

Your credentialing system tracks what you filed.
We tell you whether it's still true.

Argoseer is a provider data intelligence platform. We continuously read federal registries, state medical boards, federal exclusion lists, payer directories, and your own practice websites. Then we tell you where those sources disagree with each other and with your internal record. That's the entire company in one sentence.

Why we exist

Every provider record should tell the truth

In the course of a single year at an average practice, a provider's registered address will drift, at least one payer directory will list them at a location they don't work at, a license will creep toward expiration without anyone reading the board's bulletin, and the website will keep a provider on the team page who left four months ago. None of these are dramatic. All of them quietly cost money, either in denied claims, compliance exposure, or patients who booked with a doctor who can no longer see them.

What I kept seeing, when I dug into the data, is that practices almost always already knew something was wrong. They just didn't have a reliable way to compare what they filed against what the outside world now shows. That comparison is the whole product.

What Argoseer is, and what it isn't

We're additive to whatever credentialing stack you already run. We don't try to replace CAQH, Medallion, Modio, Symplr, or the internal processes your CVO already depends on. We watch the world outside those systems and tell you when it disagrees with what's inside them.

We are a monitoring layer

Continuous cross-source reads across federal registries, state medical boards, federal exclusion lists, payer directories, and your websites. Changes surface as a triaged queue with confidence and severity.

We are a correction workbench

Approve a correction and we generate the right correction packet for each destination, pre-filled from the authoritative source the engine picked.

We are a revenue-protection signal

Every open mismatch is scored for dollars at risk, with a confidence floor so we don't inflate savings stories. The number you see is the number you can defend.

We are not a CVO

We do not perform primary source verification for NCQA delegation. If your CVO wants Argoseer underneath as a continuous layer, great. We will not sell ourselves as a CVO replacement.

We are not a credentialing platform

We do not run payer enrollment, application intake, or re-credentialing cycles. We monitor the data your credentialing platform already depends on.

We are not a guarantor of license validity

License status reflects what the issuing board has published. We surface drift and pending actions so your team can confirm with the board itself before a final decision.

How we operate

A small team, strict operating rules

The product sits on top of data your practice, your payers, and the federal and state systems already publish. How we treat that data is the whole company culture.

🛡

Public data only

We read what is already published by your practice, the federal registry, state medical boards, federal exclusion lists, and the payers your providers already appear in. No EHR integration, no PHI, no patient-level data.

👁

Monitoring is safe by default

The platform detects and surfaces. It does not change anything upstream without an explicit approval. Every mutation is behind a role, and every approval is logged.

🧾

Every finding carries its receipts

Source link, timestamp, reason code, and the exact field that disagreed, on every event. If we cannot explain why a mismatch was flagged, we do not flag it.

Confidence stays confidence

Probabilistic matches are reported as probabilistic. We do not round a low-confidence signal up into a certainty, and headline counts respect a confidence floor by default.

Who we serve

Built for three shapes of team

For independent practices and medical groups

A self-serve Dashboard for 1 to 25-provider practices, or a quieter packet-based Monitor surface for solo and small practices (1 to 3 providers) that don't want another queue to watch. Pricing reflects the split: $15/month flat for Monitor, $39 base plus $9 per additional provider for the Dashboard.

For multi-location groups and physician networks

The Dashboard scales to hundreds of providers across locations with team roles, audit trails, and a practice-level header that rolls up everything. Every mismatch is tagged to the specific location and payer that disagrees.

For credentialing teams already running a stack

Argoseer slots in as a continuous-monitoring layer underneath whatever CAQH/Medallion/Modio workflow you already have. We feed you the drift signals. Your team still owns the credentialing decisions.

Based in Austin. Live in Texas. California next.

Argoseer is headquartered in Austin, Texas. Texas coverage is live today with integrations across federal registries, state medical boards, federal exclusion lists, and the directories of every major commercial payer. California is rolling in this year. Additional states are quarter-by-quarter and driven by customer demand rather than a map on a slide.

If you're running providers in a state we haven't launched in yet, we still want to hear from you. Several launches have been shaped by exactly that conversation.
