If you have an office manager, billing team, or want full workflow control, the Practice Intelligence Dashboard gives you the complete platform.

We offer two products. Practice Monitor is $15/month flat for up to 3 providers, with one free correction per month and additional corrections at $9.99 each. The Practice Intelligence Dashboard is $39/month for up to 3 providers, plus $9/month for each additional provider, with unlimited self-serve corrections. Both include the same monitoring engine covering NPPES, PECOS, the major commercial payer directories, and state license boards.

Every Practice Monitor subscription includes one correction packet per practice per month at no extra charge, regardless of how many providers you’re monitoring. A correction packet identifies exactly what’s wrong (e.g., your NPPES address doesn’t match your PECOS enrollment), tells you where to fix it, and provides the pre-filled form or copy-ready values. You review and approve the correction in your Practice Monitor. We then verify the fix took effect and confirm it. Additional corrections are $9.99 each, charged when you approve them.

Yes. You can upgrade from Practice Monitor to the Dashboard at any time. Your monitoring history, correction records, and compliance data carry over. If you downgrade from Dashboard to Practice Monitor, you’ll keep your Practice Monitor, alerts, and monthly digest but will lose access to full workflows, team seats, and bulk operations.

A correction is a single action on a single system. For example, updating your address in NPPES is one correction. Fixing your phone number in a payer directory is another correction. Each correction comes as a ready-to-submit packet with the exact values to enter and the direct link to the correction page. After you submit, we monitor the system and confirm when the fix takes effect.

Yes. Practice Monitor includes a secure dashboard view where you can see your current compliance status, active mismatches, pending corrections, and your full correction history. It’s updated weekly and requires a login. The primary way you interact with the product is through real-time alert emails and your monthly digest, but your Practice Monitor is always available when you want to check your status or approve a correction.

Your first correction each month is free for your entire practice, regardless of which provider it applies to. When additional corrections are needed, you’ll see them on your Practice Monitor as “pending approval.” When you click “Approve,” the $9.99 charge is processed through Stripe, and the correction packet is released. If you need a refund for an unused correction, contact us and we’ll process it manually.

Practice Monitor is designed for practices with 1–3 providers. If you have more than 3, the Practice Intelligence Dashboard is a better fit. It gives you the full dashboard, unlimited workflows, team seats, and scales with your provider count at $9/month per additional provider.

Any individual NPI (Type 1) that you add to your Argoseer dashboard for monitoring. Each provider with their own NPI counts as one provider.
