Terms of Service
Last updated: April 20, 2026
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Argoseer, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
2. Services Provided
Argoseer is a provider data intelligence platform. The services we provide under these Terms include:
- Continuous monitoring of provider data against public and semi-public sources, including CMS NPPES, CMS PECOS, state medical boards, the HHS OIG LEIE, payer FHIR directories, and public practice websites
- Detection and prioritization of mismatches across those sources, with source-linked evidence and confidence scoring
- Compliance tracking for state-level regulations supported at the time of subscription (today: Texas SB 1188, HB 149; California AB 3030, with additional states added on a rolling basis)
- Generation of correction packets pre-filled from authoritative sources, delivered to you for review and submission
- Dashboards, reports, analytics, audit trails, and notification email for the practice that owns the account
3. What Argoseer Is Not
So there is no ambiguity at the outset, the following are explicitly outside the scope of these services:
- Argoseer is not a credentialing verification organization (CVO) and does not perform primary source verification for NCQA or CMS delegation purposes.
- Argoseer does not issue, renew, or certify licenses. License status we surface reflects what the relevant state board or agency has published. Confirm with the issuing authority before acting on it.
- Argoseer does not submit forms on your behalf. We generate pre-filled correction packets for NPPES, CAQH, payer portals, and other destinations. Final review and submission to the destination is the customer's responsibility.
- Argoseer does not provide legal, compliance, or credentialing advice. Our outputs are data-driven signals to inform your team's decisions. For regulatory, enrollment, privileging, or employment decisions, consult qualified counsel or the appropriate authority.
4. Data Accuracy and Limitations
Argoseer reads public and semi-public data on a schedule. Detection outputs reflect the state of those sources at the time of ingest and are subject to the following qualifications:
- License data refreshes on each board's publish cadence. Expect lag of 24 to 72 hours relative to the board of record.
- Disciplinary history is compiled from state newsroom feeds and the OIG LEIE monthly file. Pending or unpublished actions may not appear. Always confirm with the issuing board before a credentialing, hiring, or privileging decision.
- OIG exclusion data comes from the LEIE monthly file. NPI-to-exclusion matching is probabilistic for records without a documented NPI. Final determinations should be confirmed against the OIG LEIE at oig.hhs.gov/exclusions.
- Confidence scores are statistical match signals, not legal determinations.
- Payer directory listings reflect what each payer currently publishes. A mismatch is a data signal, not a contractual or enrollment conclusion.
- Accepting-patients flags are extracted from public practice websites and reflect what the practice publicly claims, not an appointment-availability guarantee.
5. User Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate information during registration and use
- Maintain the security of account credentials and enforce your own team roles
- Use the platform in compliance with applicable laws, including HIPAA
- Not reverse engineer, scrape, or circumvent platform security or access controls
- Not use the platform to harass, harm, or infringe on the rights of providers or other users
- Confirm high-stakes findings (disciplinary actions, OIG exclusions, license expirations) with the source of record before making credentialing, privileging, or employment decisions
6. Limitation of Liability
Argoseer provides monitoring and intelligence tools, not legal, compliance, credentialing, or clinical advice. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Argoseer is not liable for penalties, fines, denied claims, employment or privileging decisions, patient harm, or other damages resulting from customer reliance on platform output without independent verification from the applicable authority.
7. Payment Terms
Services are billed as specified at the time of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled in-app or via email. Fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days notice to active subscribers.
8. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, software, and materials made available through the platform are the property of Argoseer or its licensors. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or create derivative works without written permission. Your practice data, your correction decisions, and your uploaded documents remain your property.
9. Data and Privacy
Your use of the services is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the services, you consent to the collection, processing, and sharing practices described there.
10. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access for conduct that violates these Terms or is harmful to other users. You may terminate your subscription at any time via the pricing page or by contacting support.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts of Travis County, Texas.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may modify these Terms. Material changes will be announced in-app or by email. Continued use of the services after a change constitutes acceptance.
